TDG floating head sheave is suitable for work scenarios requiring compensation for dynamic swing of steel wire ropes, mitigation of impact and vibration, and improvement of system stability and safety. According to the structural form, it can be divided into two main categories: welded floating type and cast floating type.

Application Scope:

The floating head sheave is a core component with dynamic adjustment function in the head sheave series. It is mainly used in hoisting and traction systems in fields such as mines, ports, and large-scale buildings.

The single rope winding hoist pulley is installed on the upper part of the derrick (under the canopy) platform to guide the steel wire rope to turn. There are several types of celestial wheels in general: fixed celestial wheel, floating celestial wheel, and drilling celestial wheel.

(1) According to the requirements of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations

① Except for mobile or auxiliary winches, the ratio of the small diameter of the pulley, drum, friction wheel, guide wheel, and guide roller of the lifting device to the diameter of the steel wire rope should meet the following requirements:

② The drum and crown wheel of the well lifting device with a wrap angle greater than 90 ° shall not be less than 80 °; The encirclement angle of the celestial wheel should not be less than 60 degrees.

③ The drum of the underground hoisting winch and the drilling hoisting winch, the leading wheel and tail wheel of the underground overhead passenger device, and the crown wheel with a wrap angle greater than 90 ° shall not be less than 60; The crown wheel with a wrap angle less than 90 degrees shall not be less than 40 degrees.

④ The drum and guide wheel of the gangue hill winch shall not be less than 50.

⑤ In the above lifting devices, if a sealed lifting steel wire rope is used, the corresponding ratios should be increased by 20%.

⑥ The drum and pulley used for hanging water pumps, hanging discs, and pipes, the winch drum and pulley used for transporting materials during well drilling, the traveling wheel of the inclined shaft hoisting winch, the pressure rope wheel of the gangue hill winch, and the guide roller used for endless rope transportation shall not be less than 20.

⑦ The steel wire rope passing through the pulley must be lower than the edge of the pulley, and its height difference: the lifting pulley must not be less than 1.5 times the diameter of the steel wire rope; The suspended pulley shall not be less than 1 time the diameter of the steel wire rope. When the wear of the lining pads on each section of the Tianlun reaches a depth of 1 steel wire rope diameter, or when the wear along the side reaches 1/2 of the steel wire rope diameter, they must be replaced.

(2) Principles for determining the specifications of a single rope winding pulley

① Vertical shaft lifting, using fixed pulleys, generally equal in diameter to the drum;

② If the inclination angle of the steel wire rope does not exceed 1.5 ° during inclined shaft lifting, a fixed pulley can be used. In general, the diameter of the fixed pulley can be determined based on the requirement of the rope diameter ratio (the ratio of the drum diameter to the wire rope diameter);

③ For inclined shaft lifting, if a fixed pulley is used and the deviation angle of the steel wire rope exceeds 1.5 °, a movable pulley must be used, which means that the pulley can freely move along the axial direction on the pulley shaft, and the distance of movement is determined based on the deviation angle value.
