Product IntroductionThe tipping mine car features a V-shaped or U-shaped car body cross-section, supported on the tipping rails of the frame. The car body rotates on the rails to discharge materials. It is composed of the car body, frame, buffer bumpers, wheel axles, and other components.
With a simple structure, it is robust, durable, and easy to operate. Materials can be unloaded easily by manually opening the stop plate. The wheel axles use roller bearings, which effectively reduce operating resistance, allowing the car to be pushed manually.
Application Scope:
The tipping mine car is a short-distance transportation equipment suitable for mining, roadway excavation, tunnel construction, and construction sites. It is mainly used for the transfer and transportation of loose and block materials such as ore, coal, gravel, and muck.
With a V-shaped or U-shaped cross-section car body, it achieves fixed-point unloading via the tipping rails on the frame. It features simple operation and high unloading efficiency.
Structural Features and Working Principle
This mine car adopts a design combining a V-shaped or U-shaped car body with an arc-shaped tipping rail to realize rapid material dumping. The cross-sectional shape of the car body facilitates material concentration. When unloading, simply open the locking device, and the car body will automatically tilt along the tipping rail due to center-of-gravity offset, completing the dumping process.
The whole vehicle has a robust and durable structure, mainly composed of the car body, frame, buffer bumpers, running wheel sets, and other parts. The wheel axle system is equipped with high-performance roller bearings, resulting in low running resistance. It can be adapted for locomotive traction or manual pushing, suitable for various working conditions such as underground and open-pit environments.
With a simple and reliable mechanical structure, the equipment simplifies the material loading and unloading process into three consecutive steps: "pushing into position, opening the lock, and tipping to unload". While ensuring structural strength and operational stability, it balances lightweight flexibility and operating efficiency, making it an efficient solution for short-distance material transportation in mining enterprises.
