As a fully upgraded successor, it achieves a leap in load capacity and structural strength, with the further optimized DTII(A) variant leveraging comprehensive CAD design. Overall Design: Advanced modular concept with highly standardized components, robust construction, excellent environmental adaptability, and easy transport, installation, and maintenance. Drive System: Flexible configurations matching single or multi-point drive solutions to conveying distance, capacity, and lift height, supporting advanced control methods like soft start. Carrying Components: Scientifically calculated idlers and pulleys with high-precision sealed bearings ensure stable belt tracking, low resistance, and smooth, efficient, low-noise operation. Expandability: Seamless integration with feeding, discharging, cleaning, alignment, and safety devices, enabling quick construction of complete, reliable, high-automation enclosed or open conveying systems. |
| Working Principle: The DTII series belt conveyor operates on the classic continuous loop conveying principle. It forms a closed loop through the belt, idlers, and pulleys. The drive pulley provides friction to drive the belt and the material on it, enabling smooth and continuous transport. Materials are fed at the loading point and unloaded at the discharge point as the belt moves. |
