Case Description

Hydraulic cranes hold a significant position in the mining equipment sector. Compared to traditional mechanical lifting equipment, they offer outstanding performance in mobility, operational precision, and safety.

Rapid Deployment & High Mobility: Hydraulic cranes can quickly deploy outriggers and complete setup upon arrival at the site without requiring lengthy assembly. This makes them especially suitable for short-term operations that demand fast mobilization and demobilization.

Precise Control & Space Adaptability: Featuring a telescopic boom structure, hydraulic cranes enable smooth boom extension and retraction through hydraulic cylinders, allowing precise load positioning. They perform exceptionally well in confined working environments where space is limited.

Safety & Reliability: The hydraulic system ensures smooth starts and stops by precisely controlling fluid pressure and flow, minimizing sudden impact risks. Cranes are typically equipped with multiple safety devices such as moment limiters, overwind protection, and anti-two-block systems.

Environmental Benefits & Overall Cost Efficiency: Faster site entry, shorter setup time, and flexible operation significantly reduce project delays and downtime losses.

Hebi Wanfeng's Hydraulic Technology

Hebi Wanfeng produces hydraulic power units that serve as the core component of mine hoist braking systems, working together with disc brakes to form a complete braking system. The hydraulic power units are available in two main types: constant torque and constant deceleration. They feature an integrated modular design, with parallel backup units for critical valve groups to maintain basic system functionality even in the event of a single valve failure.

Hebi Wanfeng's core products—including JTP mining winches, JK mine hoists, JKB explosion-proof hoists, and JKMD multi-rope friction hoists—are all equipped with hydraulic braking systems. The 185-560kW mine hoists utilize hydraulic disc brakes with a braking torque capacity of 400-1,000 kN·m. With the hydraulic power unit delivering a stable braking pressure of 12-18 MPa, emergency braking response time is ≤0.3 seconds.
